Esta última vez todo comenzó porque empecé a ver capítulos antiguos de la serie "3Rd Rock from the sun" (1996-2001). A mí me hace reír mucho y en estos tiempos violentos, toda frivolidad es bienvenida.
"3rd Rock From the Sun is one of the funniest shows to ever air on televison. The actors are all great, especially John Lithgow who is the funniest. It's a brilliant series with so much originality. Anyone who thinks this show isn't funny, obviously needs their heads examined. This is classic television that will be remembered for years to come".
Coincido en que John Lithgow es un actorazo, mis respetos. Otro que sale ahí es Joseph Gordon- Levitt, quien era un niño (¿traga años?) al inicio de la serie. Buscándole me enteré que Joseph está considerado también un excelente actor y que busca casi siempre actuar en películas indie. La primera película que vi con él fue 500 days of summer y últimamente Mysterious Skin dirigida por Gregg Araki.
Si le tienen miedo a los temas fuertes, mejor ni la vean. Aunque en realidad no se ve mucho pero luego hay cada alma sensible, que para qué les cuento.
Lo que me dejó pensando es lo que dice Joseph (como Neil) al final de la película. Y es que aplica (a mi parecer) a la perfección con lo que está sucediendo en México.

Anoche vi un corte de una película mexicana, "El Quinto Mandamiento" se llamaba la chingadera ésa, no bueno, yo volteé casi llorando con mi hermana porque qué clase de gente quiere ver una historia donde un pendejo maniático tortura y mata a mujeres y luego las viola.
Yo le dije a mi sis: "Por qué, por qué?!?! por qué luego, luego se nota cuando son películas mexicanas porque los colores son oscuros y porque salen escenas grotescas y fuertes?".
Sabe.
Por cierto, vimos El Artista y pues es innovadora, la historia es predecible, y hasta repetitiva (en términos hollywoodescos), pero, creo que vale más por su banda sonora y por la actuación del protagonista, que por la historia en sí.

yo aún la estoy bajando y sí, coincido que la actuación del perro es fabulosa
y me resignaré a verla sin subtítulos, nada más no aparecen los malditos
